Wednesday nights from 6:30-8:00 pm, 6th – 12th graders converge on the youth building!  Social time and worship time set the tone for the evening — we’re all about knowing God and loving each other!  The main topic for the evening is also introduced in this time together, and then we split up into age-specific, guy/girl groups to discuss it and apply it in a personal way.  Each week is a little different to keep things fresh!

Every Sunday from 9:15-10:15 am Sunday School is available for Middle and High schoolers.  High Schoolers also have the option of moving up to the adult classes or serving hands-on in the children’s department. We are currently reading through the book Radical by David Platt. We have a short fellowship time before class at 9am. Come out and join us!

We want students to discover who God has created them to be, and how they can be a part of serving others — both in the church and the world around us!  We are involved in writing and performing most of the children’s events that go on and are often found inviting in our neighborhood.  Many found a way to connect this last year, from a baby shower for a crisis pregnancy center to putting on VBS at a church in Miami, to demolition at a church needing help, to putting on a full church service for our own congregation.  We want to act like Jesus!

Sometimes the key to life change is getting away from “normal” and having some focused time of refreshing with great activities, good food and God’s Word!  High School students and Middle students will head to Lake Swan Camp this coming summer to connect with God and make great friends! Please make sure to register on the camps website here.

Let me know if you have registered so I can keep a record of who is attending, and the money fund raised!

Schedule is posted in the hallway

A simple way to know what’s going on, or meet some of the youth and parents in our group is join us on facebook.  We look forward to connecting with you!
